A Corporate Casino Night at Assembly Row
There are evening that truly land—where the energy is high, the details are intentional, and every guest feels it the moment they walk in.
This post-holiday celebration for the Trauma Department at Mass General Brigham was exactly that.
Set at the stylish The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, the evening blended elevated design, incredible food, and just the right amount of playful indulgence.
One of the reasons I chose this venue?
The view.
Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked Somerville—and just beyond, glowing in the night skyline, the unmistakable Mass General sign. A subtle but powerful reminder of the work this team does every day.
It grounded the entire experience.
This wasn’t just a party—it was a celebration of them.
We leaned into a palette that felt rich, seasonal, and sophisticated:
Merlot + deep burgundy florals
Champagne metallic accents
Warm candlelight layered throughout the space
The goal was to create an environment that felt:
Elevated, but not overdone
Cozy, but still polished
Festive, without leaning too literal “holiday”
Soft lounge seating, glowing votives, and thoughtfully placed florals brought the entire room together.
The Experience: Elevated Fun Meets Effortless Flow
This night was all about balance—great food, great energy, and interactive moments that kept guests engaged.
🎲 Casino Night
A major highlight of the evening.
Roulette tables, chips in hand, and just enough competition to keep things lively.
🍝 Warm Pasta Station
Comfort meets elevated catering:
Freshly prepared pasta
All the fixings
A station that felt indulgent, interactive, and perfect for a winter evening
🍸 Holiday Favorites (with a Twist)
Signature drinks carried the warm, seasonal tone—familiar, but elevated.
🍰 Desserts
Because no great night ends without something sweet.
The Moment Everyone Talked About
Every event has that moment.
For this one?
The casino prize that stole the show:
“I ❤️ Drake Maye” shirts
Just days before the Super Bowl, it hit the perfect cultural note—unexpected, fun, and completely memorable.
Guests loved it.
